SHIPPING POLICY

Due to high volume, your order can take up to 7-10 days to ship.
- Orders are processed on business days, holidays excluded.
- Please allow additional time for deliveries to rural areas.
- Credit card authorization must be received before we can process your order. 

Standard Shipping

- Orders under $250 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10
- Heavy or oversized items may incur an additional fee
- Orders over $250 ship free
- Orders are shipped via Canada Post where possible
- All items are shipped using expedited shipping unless otherwise specified

Orders shipped within Canada will not be delivered by selected carriers on the following holidays: 

- New Year’s Day (Jan 1st) 
- Good Friday (April 18th)
- Easter Monday (April 22nd)

- Canada Day (July 1st)
- Labour Day (Sept 2nd)
- Thanksgiving Day (Oct 14th)
- Remembrance Day (Nov 11th)

US AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Please note that we do not offer shipping outside of Canada.  

RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All clearance items are final sale, and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
